Refund Policy

Deposits or payments are fully refundable if the captain cancels due to wind, high seas, or stormy weather, and the decision to cancel is made the night before your fishing trip or while standing on the dock and we are unable to reschedule. We want you to have a memorable, fun time and if the weather appears to be unsafe or too rough we will try to reschedule your trip. If we cancel due to weather and are not able to reschedule due to continued bad weather, your travel schedule, or our previous bookings then your money will be refunded in full within 5 business days.

Trips that are canceled by you, 7 days or more prior to the departure time on your trip date will be refunded in full, less a 10% booking fee for the total cost of the trip. If your trip is canceled less than 7 days prior to departure time, we will be happy to work with you to try and reschedule the trip and apply your payment(s) to a new date. If we are unable to find a mutual date or you cancel the trip completely then your deposit is NOT refundable. Trips canceled less than 48 hours prior to your departure time are NOT refundable and NOT transferable to a later date.
